Social Studies
The lower school social studies program teaches students to think conceptually about the world around them today, the world far away, and the world long ago. Through hands-on learning, students gain knowledge about:
- Economics
- Civics
- Geography and map skills
- History
- Different types of communities
- Native Americans, African Americans, China, Mexico, and Antarctica
