Biography

Before joining Forest Ridge Academy, I spent four years teaching kindergarten in Steger, Illinois, and one year teaching first grade in Chicago Heights, Illinois.

Over the past 15 years at FRA, I have taught Young Scholars, Junior Kindergarten, First through Fourth grades, and now serve as the Technology Teacher. In addition to teaching, I enjoy serving our school community as the Director of Summer Childcare and Tutoring, and a member of the Grant Writing Team. These roles allow me to support students and staff in a variety of meaningful ways beyond the classroom.

What I love most about FRA is that it truly feels like family. We support one another, celebrate each other's successes, and partner with our students and their families.
