Biography
I have been a part of the Forest Ridge Academy community for eight years, teaching Spanish to students in Young Scholars through second grade. I love introducing our youngest learners to the Spanish language and culture while helping them develop a lifelong appreciation for learning a new language.
I earned my bachelor's degree in Spanish Education, completed my student teaching at Gavit High School, and had the opportunity to study abroad in Spain for two months. Forest Ridge Academy is my first long-term teaching position, and I am grateful to share my passion for Spanish with our students each day.
What I love most about FRA is the strong sense of community and support among students, families, and staff. I also appreciate the opportunity to teach what I love and encourage students to continue exploring world languages as they grow.
I was honored to receive the Forest Ridge Academy 5-Year Service Award and am also proud to be a parent of an FRA student, Caleb, who is in first grade.
