Biography

I have been a part of the Forest Ridge Academy community for two years and currently serve as a fourth-grade teacher, Tennis Coach, and NJHS Committee Member. I enjoy helping students develop their academic skills while encouraging them to think critically, collaborate with others, and approach challenges with creativity and confidence.

 

Before joining FRA, I taught at the University of Chicago Laboratory Schools for nearly four years and at Berkeley Carroll School in Brooklyn, New York, while completing graduate school. These experiences have strengthened my commitment to creating engaging, student-centered learning environments.

 

What I love most about Forest Ridge Academy is the warm and welcoming environment created by our supportive staff and faculty. I appreciate FRA’s emphasis on critical thinking, teamwork, and creativity, and I am grateful to be part of a community that encourages students to grow in all areas. I have been honored to receive the Beak of the Week recognition during my time at FRA.
