Registration Information

After reviewing the summer programs offered, please scan the appropriate QR code to view fees and register your child(ren) for programs of interest, including Camps, Childcare, or Tutoring. Please note that payments cannot be accepted online. Additional payment instructions are below.

IMPORTANT: In addition to camp fees, there is a $25 registration fee for the first camp and a $10 processing fee for all subsequent camps. Registration and processing fees are payable to Forest Ridge Academy.

Camp fees should be made payable directly to the teacher listed for each camp, of which $50 is nonrefundable unless canceled by the teacher.

While checks are the preferred payment method, if you choose to pay with cash, please send the exact amount for each activity, as we are unable to provide change.

When sending in registration/processing fees and camp payments, please use an envelope labeled with your child’s name and Attn: Mrs. Szafarczyk.

Camps cannot be charged to your account, and we are unable to accept electronic payments.

Registration is not considered complete until payment is received at school.

Registration is due by Friday, May 22nd. Late registrations will be accepted, but cannot be guaranteed.
