Intermediate School
Third Grade through Fifth Grade
The intermediate school classroom at Forest Ridge Academy is filled with students reading, exploring, problem-solving, writing, and working cooperatively with classmates through many projects and activities. Integrated into our curriculum are several engaging field trips. Each student develops an independence for their own learning, takes responsibility for their actions, and cultivates a sense of their own creativity. Intermediate school students:
- Become more independent learners
- Participate in a wide variety of field trips, including overnight trips
- Connect globally with other students through special projects and activities
- Prepare for the transition to middle school
