Governance

The Board of Trustees shall have general charge, management, and control of the affairs, funds, and property of Forest Ridge Academy. They have full power and it is their duty to carry out the purposes of the school according to law and as provided by the bylaws. The Executive Board includes the following offices:  President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Past President.

The General Board meets at least five times each year while the Executive Board meets ten times with its work being accomplished by its committees, which meet on a frequent basis.
